Shipping policy
We want to inform you about key aspects of our shipping policy.
- Order Changes and Cancellations:Once an order is placed, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. You can check your account for available options to change parameters like customer addresses.
- Risk of Loss and Damage: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier if tracking indicates delivery.
- Lost Shipments: If a product is lost in transit, you can submit a claim at:Teamsevencloth@gmail.com for replacement or credit within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, subject to Printful's investigation.
- Shipping Regions:Printful uses different shipping regions to calculate rates accurately. There are 9 regions, including the US, Europe, UK, EFTA states, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and Worldwide.
